Functional Carbine Application (FCA) is a one day course that will expose the student to performance shooting drills pushing them outside their comfort zone thereby understanding their baseline as well as how to diagnose their own level of shooting. Whether the student has a desire for starting competitive shooting, self-defense, or both FCA will allow the student to understand rifle shooting at a more thorough level.

Functional Carbine Application will cover the following:

• Cold Start Diagnostic

• Touch Points/Vision

• Doubles at varying distances

• Target Transitioning

• Movement During the Shooting Cycle

• Pre-Culmination Diagnostic

• Designated Targets

• Culmination Drill Diagnostic

Class runs from 9am-5pm


**Carbine needs to be zeroed prior to class due to time constraints**

Students will need to bring:

• Proper Attitude

• Semi-Automatic Carbine OR Pistol Caliber Carbine (AK or AR/Calibers either .223/5.56 or 5.45/7.62)

• 3 or more rifle magazines

• Rifle Sling (either 1 or 2 point)

• 400 rounds of quality ammo

• NO GREEN TIP/STEEL CORE

• Rain gear and Appropriate Clothing

• Ear/Eye Protection

• Hat, bugs spray, sun block

• Pen and paper
